Chakras are spinning energy centers or "wheels" in Sanskrit found in the body of humans and animals that receive, process, and transmit information between your physical and metaphysical self.

There are lots of opinions on this topic, there are 7 main Chakras. The Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Chakra Buds will focus on these 7 Main Chakras.

The 7 Main Chakras are located along the spine from your base of your tailbone or "root" to your Crown, located at the top of the head.

You may feel sudden emotional or physical symptoms that are unexplainable.

Chakra Buds offers one-on-one coaching, group coaching, personalized goal planning, mindfulness practice, Reiki, and herbs!

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that reduces stress and promotes healing. It is primarily a hands on technique however can be completed hands off or via distance. The existence of "life force" energy flows through us all and is what causes us to be alive. If your "life force energy" is depleted we may become sick or stressed. If your "life force energy" is high you will become happier and much more capable of being healthy.
